We are back to US after a wonderful trip to Argentina. We thoroughly
enjoyed the Iguazu Falls trip as planned by you. Everything was perfect.
The guide at the Falls was very nice and helpful. The Orquideas Hotel
was also nice. We walked a lot in the Iguazu downtown area and had great
food.
Thank you so much for your help and support and hope to take your help
again in the future. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and
whoever asks us.

Hi Diego-we are back from South America and just wanted to tell you what
great time we had at the Falls. They are truly spectacular and our
hotel was everything you said it would be. We loved the fact that it
was out of town and we could crash by the pool! Felt like we were in
Hawaii!. Our guide and driver were wonderful-right where you said they
would be. Everyone was so accommodating for Dan. We did not have any
problem checking his scooter on the plane (no charge) and we took it
everywhere at the Falls. Our guide (wish I could remember his name-he
was so nice) took the scooter back to the starting place so Dan could
take the boat trip! We had a blast getting wet. Thanks again for all
your arranging. It was great to just relax and leave that to you!

Absolutely everything went without a hitch on our
trip - I sincerely thank you for all of the
arrangements. Even with the flight cancellation out
of BA, we were able to make the best of a day long
layover at the smaller airport by the water - and
the Pluna flight that finally took us to Uruguay was
an incredible pleasure - especially in comparison to
American Airlines. The hotel rooms in both cities
were good - the Punta Trouville by far our favorite
by location, comfort and staff willing to bend over
backwards to assist. The car people were very
accommodating meeting us 8 hours after we were first
expected, cars were ready, paperwork minimal - and
the same in reverse dropping off the cars. The two
highlights of our trip were the day at San Francisco
- Sergio and his crew were so nice, the facility
beautiful and we felt like we were at home, being
waited on in the best possible ways - the kids
really enjoyed their cooking lesson and the food was
not only great, but overly plentiful! We had left
overs for a picnic on the beach in Periapolis two
days later. Our second best day was at Bouzas Bodega
- wine tasting, eating a fantastic meal, touring and
relaxing in the sun - a memory we'll treasure for
years and years. We explored Montevideo finding
Dave's first home in Melvine, his apartment in the
Port district, his schools - some changes but a
wonderful review of his childhood and - good
memories and really nice for me to see it all with
him
Finally, Uruguay has so much to offer the world e- I
am not sure why they don't do more promotion, but it
does provide a great alternative to adult Americans
who have found that the Caribbean has turned into
the college-agers getaway. Maybe Uruguay doesn't
want to be over-run with the typical ugly American -
but these four Americans found them to be welcoming,
warm and we were overjoyed to be in their company!
I am so glad I found your site on the internet, so
glad that you were able to make this dream come true
for my hospital and will happily serve as a
reference should you need one!

Angela and I have been having a wonderful
time - we absolutely loved Punta Del Este and the
Falls are magnificent. We head back to Buenos
Aires tomorrow and will touch bases with you again
when we get back to NJ. In the meantime, our very
best to you and also let Louise know we are thinking
about her. We hope we are able to go back to Punta
Del Este nest year so please keep that in mind. The
hotel here in Iguazu is all that we hoped

Thanks for the amazing trip to Uruguay and
Argentina. The big city,
Punta life style was amazing. The beautiful,
family-friendly beaches
and sidewalk seemed to go for miles. The New Year
party Mr. Diego
organized was great. Met new friends, ate great
food, and danced to
great music in a restaurant located on the ocean
beach, provides
great fire work view. The Iguazu Fall scenic
view is a must see. I feel sorry for Niagra Fall.
Scenic views was great. But the best of all was Mr.
Diego's kindness. He treats everyone like a
family member.

Diego,
We are home after a wonderful trip to Argentina and
your lovely Uruguay. My daughter came home with a
3rd place trophy and we were very proud since there
were 51 sailboats competing.
The terrace at your condo was perfect for watching
the races with our binoculars when we didn't want to
go out on a boat to watch the races. Both condos
were very nice and we all enjoyed the pool for
swimming. The water at the beach was a little cold,
but the boys had fun with "boogie boards" we bought
at the market. The basketball court was a hit with
them too. The condos were such a convenient
location. The supermarket just a few blocks away had
everything!...even a turkey for our Thanksgiving
feast!
My daughter rented a bicycle for going back and
forth to the Yacht Club, and we also had the car
rental from you. It was upgraded to a larger one
after my son in law and the two boys arrived. We
also drove to Jose Ignacio one day. It was pretty
quiet with only one restaurant open but the
lighthouse and drive was nice.
I loved the trip to Iguazu Falls, though it was NOT
at a slow pace and the walk down to the boat trip
was very difficult...but I made it and was so glad I
did. An experience I will NEVER forget. The hotel
did NOT have my reservation for the fall side on the
2nd and 3rd night. I showed them the voucher from
you, and finally, they agreed and moved my luggage
from the jungle side to the falls side for the 2nd
and 3rd night as you had arranged. while I was gone
on the jungle adventure. Had I not had your voucher,
I doubt they would have done it though. Food there
was very good. The morning and evening buffets were
a special treat with such variety. I met some
lovely people and had dinner with them each night,
and drinks before on the terrace watching the falls.
I also met some people from Seattle, WA on the tour
the first day. The second day there, I was so tired
and just relaxed and watched the falls from my room
and read. Perfect! Thank you for helping to
arrange it all!

After a few years of
reading about Uruguay,
and after five or more
phone conversations with
Diego, I still was not
quite sure yours was the
company to go with. I'd
never been to South
America. With my
tendency toward
skepticism, I felt
worried that Diego was
too enthusiastic, too
full of hype and not
enough substance. I
didn't quite believe his
constant insistence that
I would have a great
time, despite my
inability to speak
Spanish.
Wow, was I ever wrong!
As a 50th birthday gift
to myself, I booked two
weeks in Uruguay. As
fate would have it, I
was able to schedule my
southbound flight on the
same plane Diego and
Louise were on. In
fact, we ended up seated
in adjacent rows!
I'm sometimes a
cautious, picky person,
yet I could find nothing
not to like about either
of them. They both have
a deep love and respect
for Uruguay, and tons of
knowledge of many native
Uruguayan people and the
culture. Diego is a
native himself.
Once I arrived in
Montevideo, they treated
me with the same
kindness, courtesy and
warmth they would extend
to their own family. I
truly felt like part of
their extended family as
they introduced me to so
many warm, wonderful
folks. They were so
generous as to include
me in a family day
trip. They helped me to
connect with other
people from the states
who happened to be in
Uruguay at the same
time. There was no
question too small, no
favor too large to ask.
They were very flexible
in accommodating me and
other first-time guests.
If you want to have a
sweet experience in a
beautiful, loving
country, I highly
recommend you take
advantage of Diego and
Louise's amazing
expertise. Go. Just go,
and have a fantastic
experience you'll always
remember. I know I
always will...

We traveled to
Argentina and Uruguay using Diego as our planner. He did
an exceptional job for us, everything of the highest
standards. He met us in Uruguay and we spent a week with
us, our only problem was keeping up with his boundless
energy. Everything he promised was done. The condo is
beautiful and very well located; it overlooked both the
ocean and the river and was only a short walk from the
downtown area.
Punta del Este is
indeed one of the most beautiful places in the world, we
had been told this by many of our South American friends
and it was all that they described and more.
We were a bit concerned with making arrangements on
the internet, however meeting Diego and using his
services made this one of the best trips we have taken
and we have been to many parts of the world.

Hello. We loved
Punta del Este. The condo was
lovely - convenient, comfortable and a great value during
the high season when we visited. Diego was able to show
us around when we arrived, but even without him, we
could easily have found the nearby restaurants,
groceries, BEACHES, etc. We had a rented car, but
walking to all these places was also no problem. The
housekeeping and other condo staff were very helpful and
friendly. Diego's itinerary ideas were all excellent:
varied and manageable.

Hello Diego, I am
just now back at work and back at the computer after our
trip to Argentina and Uruguay. I wanted to tell you how
much we enjoyed the Triangulo Towers. The location was
ideal. So easy to get to both the Playa Mansa and Playa
Brava sides of the beach. There were lots of
restaurants very close that were fabulous. There is
even a great weekend produce market. The condo was very
nice, although the balcony made us a bit nervous with
our very young children. We didn't make it to most of
the places you listed as we didn't have a car. We did
however go to the Museo del Mar which was a huge hit
with both us and our children. Mostly we enjoyed a
relaxing time hanging out at the beach. We loved
it and will recommend to all we know. Thanks very
everything.

Hi Diego: I just
wanted to send you a brief "hello" now having returned
to Canada. We loved your country. As you know, the
weather was just so-so. But still, we had the best
time. The apartment was lovely. The golf course we played
in Punta, just a few miles out along the ocean, was
super duper. Mention that in your next letter to
tourists. Also, the Montevideo course near the Sheraton
was wonderful. On Mondays it is Free, and wouldn't your
clientele love to know about that. The people at the
front desk in your condo were especially helpful, and
the man that works there, I forget his name, about 45
and with glasses, was so good to us. He deserves to be
thanked by you for the way he treats your guests.

went so smoothly. I would recommend you to anyone.

How can I ever
begin to say thank you for the wonderful trip you
arranged for Dawn and me to Uruguay. It was everything
we could have dreamed it would be and then some more.
It was truly a life-changing experience for Dawn in
particular and I am so glad I was able to share it with
her.
Everyone we met,
even shopkeepers and strangers, when we told them
that Dawn was born in Uruguay, every single person said
"Welcome back to YOUR country". We felt at home
everywhere.
Javier was so
nice to us, he treated us like princesses the whole
time. He could not have been kinder to Dawn if he was
her own brother. He was very understanding and patient
and he even took us to his home, and we met his wife,
and he let us change our clothes there before the flight
back. He arranged everything so perfectly, and we saw so
much of the countryside and the city, even more than we
expected. He took so much of his own time to arrange a
visit to Dawn's former home. She was able to meet some
of the neighbors that remember her as a baby and she was
able to go inside the house where she lived. We saw
the barrio where her parents worked and I think she will
never look at her mother and father the same way
again.
I should also
tell you that what you did for us made many American
women cry. Dawn and I started to cry when we got on the
airplane to leave, and we did not stop until we reached
Argentina. Then her mother cried on the phone when she
called this morning and my mother cried when I emailed
her about my trip. But they are tears of joy. And we
decided that the reason it rained on our last day in
Uruguay is that the country did not want Dawn to leave
yet. On the airplane she told me she is coming back.
Maybe to live for awhile. I don't know but whatever she
decides I know that what we experienced this last week
will stay with us forever. When we get some of our
photos on the web I will let you both know so you can
view them.

loved Buenos Aires, the hotel and all the
walking. The hotel was beautiful and breakfast
WAS included in our room. We had no problems
and visited all the places you suggested.
We very much enjoyed visiting with you and
having all your help which made our trip most
enjoyable. Lunch was a special treat in
Montivideo. Louise was a delight and a special
person we can see why you enjoy being with her.
Let us know about Costa Rica for 7 nights and
